With the capacity to sleep up to six people, the beach house comprises three separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms feature cozy double beds for two. The spacious living room comes complete with Sat TV and a dining area, perfect for leisurely meals with your loved ones. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace with chairs and revel in the stunning sea view. It's a place where you'll undoubtedly spend your mornings watching the sun rise over the sea and basking in the tranquil surroundings. The beach house is also equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days.

Descend the stairs from the beach with a concrete plateau and plunge into the turquoise-colored sea directly from the footsteps of your house! And if you're feeling adventurous, why not go kayaking? Kayak rental is available at the property, free of charge for our guests. Here you will have your own dedicated deck chairs and umbrellas, offering the ultimate relaxation and comfort under the warm Mediterranean sun. Just steps away from your vacation house lies the first of many pebble beaches, which while public, is often less crowded than other beaches in the area. For those looking to explore the crystal-clear waters, kayaks and small boats are available to rent (be sure to ask your host about it).

But that's not all. The surrounding area boasts multiple bays with unique beaches, offering an array of different experiences for beachgoers. From the pebble beaches near the house to the stony shores and even sandy beaches on the other side of the island, there's something for everyone.

If you're a pebble beach enthusiast, you won't want to miss out on visiting the Proizd island, located in close proximity to your vacation house. A local boat will take you there four times a day from Vela Luka, with the 20-minute ride being well worth it. The island was named the most popular beach in the Adriatic Sea in 2008, and for good reason. SURROUNDINGS
Nestled in the picturesque Picena bay, just 5 km away from Vela Luka, lies your vacation house - a tranquil heaven away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism. Unlike other bays in the area, Picena bay boasts a serene and peaceful atmosphere with few tourists, shops or restaurants, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the endless sea and experience the pure bliss of a secluded holiday.

In Vela Luka (10 min drive away) you will find all the amenities you need, from shops to ice cream, post office, local market, bakeries, restaurants, and bars.

And on-site, you'll discover a small, intimate restaurant run by your host and his father. With only 4-5 tables, the restaurant offers a cozy and exclusive dining experience, serving up delectable dishes made exclusively from locally sourced ingredients. While the restaurant is only open for dinner, the wait is well worth it. Be prepared to indulge in perfectly grilled sea bass, lightly grilled local vegetables with herbs, buttered potatoes with just a hint of parsley, and a delightful dessert to end the meal.

As the evening draws to a close, the tranquil ambience of the restaurant, with its discreet lights and the gentle hum of other guests, combined with the stunning view of the sea, makes for the perfect ending to an enjoyable day. HOW TO REACH YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
Both Dubrovnik and Split airports are available options for your travel needs.

If you choose Split airport, you can take advantage of the ferry or catamaran services that operate from Split port, which will transport you to Vela Luka on Korcula Island. Once you arrive in Vela Luka, it will only take 10 minutes by car to reach your holiday home. Alternatively, there is a catamaran service that departs from Split port and travels directly to Korcula town. However, please note that if you opt for this option, you will need to allocate an additional 50 minutes of travel time to reach your holiday home.

If you decide to take the catamaran from Dubrovnik, you will arrive in Korcula town, where you will need to arrange a 50-minute taxi ride to reach your accommodation. We would be delighted to assist you with organizing your transportation, should you require it.
