This was the most beautiful, clean and delicious place I have ever been too. It totally blew my expectations out of the water! The location is absolute fantastic and our hostess was amazing. All in all it was great and there is nothing the agency could have done to make it better.

It was truly a place made with a lot of love and attention to eco detail. There is so much nature all around you and the views were amazing. The apartment was lovely and very clean. The staff was extremely hospitable and helped us with all our needs.

The best parts of our vacation were surely the enchanting view from our apartment and stunning view of the sea. I also loved the day when we drove through the Island. And if you ask my daughter, she will never forget the day when she saw rabbits on the small islet, just in front of the property.

There are many places to stay on the island, close to incredible natural beauty with turquoise water and pine forests, but there are very few which are tastefully furnished and decorated, with high quality appliances and natural materials, as is the case here. This is definitely something that makes Tanya's place stand out. The level of care and attention is second to none and it's very obvious that she poured her heart and soul into it so that her guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings in style and warmth that is rare to find in rented accommodations. Every corner of the property oozes charm and provides for a perfect spot to wind down. Wooden pergolas, where breakfast is served to the sound of soothing tunes, are simply wonderful (and so are private terraces attached to each apartment that the guests can enjoy if they feel like they want to retreat a bit or have some privacy). Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and huge, freshly made by two lovely ladies. It made for a lovely start of the day every day! But what really makes this place truly unique is Tanya's hospitality. She greeted us every morning at breakfast time with her infectious smile and gave some fantastic tips into the local area, places to go and eat, help with our restaurant and taxi bookings, which was really appreciated. We could also had a go at sup boarding as boards are available for every guest to use - you can also borrow bikes and beach equipment to explore some of the most incredible coastline. All in all, it was the best choice we could have made and I would wholeheartedly recommended it to anyone visiting Korcula. Thank you Tanya and the crew! You've made our honeymoon truly memorable!

From the first level to your apartment you go through a dream! It is different from all apartments on the Korcula Riviera! It is a very very clean apartment. You feel very relaxed every second. Tanja is a perfect host. He answers my questions quickly, he is always friendly to everyone. The proximity to the beach is perfect. Dinner and wine in your arrangement are best tried on the terrace of this accommodation. If you order breakfast, you will experience a new gastronomic dream!

The rooms are gorgeous, the shared outdoor spaces are so relaxing and the breakfasts are delicious. You're just steps away from the beautiful Adriatic sea with lots of spots to go swimming. Located in the heart of Lumbarda it's more quiet, but lots of restaurants in walking distance and Korcula old town only an 8 minute drive away. You're also close to lots of wineries! Tanya gave us so many great recommendations for Korcula as well as Dudruvnik area. Cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back!

Our summer holidays were all that I hoped. Relaxed atmosphere, easy walk to the sea and restaurants. Amazing views and coves. Our host Tanya was so lovely, always smiley and helpful.

Really very nice accommodation right by the sea. Better location is almost not possible. Those who like the tiny house flair are sure to get their money's worth here. The entire indoor and, above all, outdoor area is super cozy. Unfortunately, we were only there for 2 nights, but enjoyed them to the full.

Tanja has an amazing place for anyone wanting to be right on the water near Vodice, Sibenik, Tribunj, etc. A lot of families, very private, security, gated, etc. More than we expected! The unit itself is tiny (House 22), but has more than ample amenities to enjoy any amount of time by the Adriatic. It has adequate AC, it is very modern, has solid water pressure, outside seating that was extremely comfortable, a deck, night lighting and 40 paces from the beach bar! We had some COVID testing issues and were allowed a slightly later than usual check out which was extremely appreciated. This increased flexibility by Tanja meant everything to our small group! If you want a place to truly improve your FJAKA game, then look no further. There are plenty of amazing restaurants, seafood, wine, amenities, etc. to keep a couple or a family very busy no matter how long you decide to stay! We will be back..
