    Tanja was a great host, met us when we arrived, gave us a lot of advise about the area. The apartment was perfect for 4 of us, clean and bright. The pool was a great place to relax. It is a bit of a walk to town, about 15 minutes which is where the store and restaurants are. There is a rocky beach close by and a lovely promenade too.

    We were only on Korcula for a night but the location was great, the place was lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was excellent, easy to get in touch with and gave some spectacular recommendations. She also connected us with a local taxi who was extremely responsive.

    Tanya's place was exactly what was needed... everything provided and thought of, lots of beautiful places to swim locally including the wonderful swimming pool too. Buses were easy to catch to visit local places and Vesna was a brilliant on the ground host too.

  11. We had a fantastic one-night stay in a comfortable apartment with access to a shared pool.

    The apartment was cosy and well-equipped, making our short stay exceptionally pleasant. The highlight, of course, was the inviting pool and amazing terrace with sea view, which provided a refreshing break on a warm day.

    The apartment is very light and spacious and the outside space and pool were lovely. The apartment is about a 15 minute from the village centre and up a hill at the end so was hard work with shopping and heat. The village of lumbarda is lovely and quieter and better value than Korčula town (although you can get a bus/ taco there)

  19. Recommended and would definitely return

    Positive: Tjasa was lovely and so helpful throughout our stay, arranging for an early check in for us. She also helped source an iron and a cork screw. The apartment was clean and the wardrobe division in the second bedroom was perfect for teenager's privacy - very nice bathrooms & a lovely sitting out area, perfect for evening meals. We had a fantastic view over the sea, walking distance (approx 20-25mins) to a really lovely sandy beach (Vela Przina). 15mins bus journey to Korcula was very easy and cheap. Taxis were also readily available so really no need for a car. The pool area was fantastic and never crowded - exactly as shown in the photos with plenty of chairs for everyone although we were often the only ones there - particularly lovely in the evening after a hot day. Negative: Perhaps more equipment in the kitchen would be helpful so we don't need to ask Tjasa for the iron, corkscrew, cheese grater etc... but this is just a minor point as the apartment was really lovely.

    Positive: Lokalizacja i miła Pani od sprzątania. Negative: Pajęczyny na suficie, mrówki praktycznie wszędzie, bardzo małe łazienki, nikt nie czyścił basenu sami musieliśmy to robić, woda w basenie mętna, WiFi było ale bardzo słabe.

  29. We came for 2 nights, ended up canceling our next stop and added two more nights here!

    We knowe it will be a nice property, but when we arrived, we were instantly flashed. The place was not only super clean and full of new equipment (which was not seen on photos), but had super vibrant energy, happy staff that you see wnjoy their job, and great facilities. We just loved the pool, hanging in the cozy fat boys, chilling and eating amazing food which the host Tanja recommended. This holiday ended way above our expectations!

    Tanyas place was lovely, spacious and very clean—and includes 3 bikes to use around town! It is a really easy and beautiful bike ride through the vineyards, gardens and to various views of the coast. We would highly recommend the wine tasting at Vitis and dinner at Konoba Skafetin! Unfortunately it was rainy when we were there so we were not able to take full advantage of the beaches, but with better weather there would also be plenty of opportunities to swim and relax outside. The only thing to note is that the g**gle maps link from airbnb website sent us to the wrong address, so make sure you know where you are going, or take Tanya up on arranging a taxi ride directly to the place :)

    Only fey kilometres away from old town Korcula. We totally enjoyed the heated pool and the kids loved the bunk beds in the main bedroom. The views from the terrace are beautiful and morning coffee there was just relaxing.

    Children really loved swimming in a warm heated pool in October 2022. Apartment was cozy, stylish and had some minor older items that need to be replaced, but the owner said she ordered new ones already for next summer. Great experience overall!

We originally booked the larger downstairs apartment but switched to the smaller top floor one for the view. The pool area was lovely but we were too busy exploring to use it! Everything in the apartment was super clean and it's beautifully decorated. Drinking coffee at sunrise in the morning on the balcony is something I'll never forget! Loved having use of the bikes, as well. Thank you, Tanya!

    Tanya was an excellent host, having arranged a taxi for us at the ferry, meeting us on arrival and showing us how everything works.     Das Apparent von Tanya war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr an dem Hochbett und dem Zelt im Kinderzimmer erfreut und haben den Pool geliebt. Die gemütlichen Sitzecken und Decks mit Sitzsäcken haben wunderbar zur Erholung beigetragen. Einzig die Mücken haben uns regelrecht aufgefressen! Sehr responsive und mit vielen wertvollen Tips. Sie spricht neben verschiedenen Sprachen auch gut deutsch. Im Oktober gibt es in Lumbarda nicht mehr sehr viele Restaurants, daher ist ein Auto von Vorteil um in das nahegelegene Korcula zu fahren. Eine sehr charmante Altstadt mit Restaurants, kleinen Schmuckläden, einigen Ständen, Gallerien, Eisdielen und dem angeblichen Geburtshaus von Marco Polo. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment sehr empfehlen. Vor allem mit Kindern ein perfekter Ort für erholsame Ferien.

    Positive: Fantastisk utsikt och flera terrasser att umgås på. Värden var mycket trevlig och gästvänlig, vi fick många bra tips på restauranger, aktiviteter och badplatser. Vi gillade särskilt besöken på škafetin och de höga badklipporna på öns östra del. En fin pool med bra solstolar och Bean bags runtomkring. Lumbarda är ett lugnt och fint samhälle, både barnen och vi vuxna älskade det. Negative: Det skulle behövas mer köksutrustning och bestick.

    Positive: Host Tanja very helpful and informative. Good location, very close to stoney beach and restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Great to have a pool for cooling off in the evenings. Has potential to be a superb apartment with a small amount of investment from owners when the time allows. Negative: Ants inside and wasps outside 😔 Apartment and facilities per photos but everything now tired and woren and could do with being upgraded. Given the current covid circumstanes appreciate this may not be a suitable time to facilitate these upgrades as businessid difficult fir everyone. A new cleaning sponge/cloth rather than a reused one is essential given the current climate!

  79. Spacious two bedroom apartment

    Apartment was really spacious and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms that were just renovated and are really beautiful. Our stay here was short but sweet. We loved the wodden terrace and nice view over Lumbarda and the bay. The pool was great and also apartment is fully equipped with everything needed. We loved having Nespresso ccoffee machine there. Thank you for your hospitality and all your suggestions. We had a fantastic stay!

  81. Spacious apartment perfect for big family!

    We enjoyed in this spacious apartment that was just renovated. The new bathrooms are perfect and very modern. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the view from the terrace very calming. Children enjoyed the pool and we were happy to watch them from sunny terrace and reading the book. Also private BBQ is a big plus. We can’t wait to be back here!

    Fantastic views and several terraces to socialize on. The host was very nice and hospitable, we got many good tips on restaurants, activities and bathing places. We especially liked the visits to škafetin and the high bathing cliffs on the eastern part of the island. A nice pool with good sunbeds and Bean bags all around. Lumbarda is a quiet and nice community, both the children and we adults loved it.
